Subject	C's Short Shifter vs OEM Shifter

Message	I bought C’s short shifter JDM version (similar to Z1 premium shifter) for my AT-5 speed conversion and just received it. I also bought new oem shifter linkage assembly that came attached with oem shifter. I measured both shifters and found that C’s shifter is slightly longer than oem. I don’t know why C’s shifter is slightly longer. Isn’t it supposed to be shorter or at least the same with oem? C’s shifter features bearing instead of bushings like oem or other aftermarket short shifters. shifter rod is bent slightly to the right for RHD but it can be turned 180 degree for LHD. this is Z1 shifter from their website
